A4e Scotland has been delivering services in Scotland since 2001 and was formally established as a limited company in 2003. A4e Scotland is part of A4e Ltd, which was formed 22 years ago to help unemployed ex-steel workers in Sheffield develop new skills and find work in the emerging service economy. We helped them get back on their feet, and develop the confidence and skills to apply their talents in new jobs.
This forced us to be creative, find new ways of doing things, and be utterly persistent in our pursuit of our goal – to improve the lives of all our customers.
Today, we are much bigger, but our commitment to improving people’s lives is as strong as ever. In fact we are now an international business delivering a wide range of employment and welfare solutions in twelve countries.
